அந்த மாநில உயர்நீதி மன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

தேவையெனில் நிரந்தரமாக ஊழிடர்களைப் பணியில் அமர்த்தா வேண்டும்.

Welcome Judgment of Rajasthan High Court :

The High Court of Rajasthan In Jaipur has in a far-reaching judgment restrained the State Government of Rajasthan from hiring employees/ workers on contract for Permanent Posts. 

The justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma in his judgment has reflected the trade Unions view that for regular and permanent jobs one should not employ labourers on Contract in whatever name and manner. Only to deny the statutory and agreed benefits of a regular employees the managements in both Public/ Private sector are indulging in this type of malpractice and anti- labour practices.

 If needed new recruitment of regular employees must be resorted instead of going in to outsourcing method. NFTCL always insisted that a contract Labour doing a regular and continuous job in any telecom company must be made permanent and regularised and extended all the benefits of a regular employee including Pay / DA/ Increments etc besides Terminal Benefits. We hope days are not far off when NFTCL realises this dream of all Contract Labourers.
