04.10.2017 அன்று அனைத்து அமைப்புகளும் இணைந்து சில நல்ல முடிவுகளை எடுத்து போராட திட்டமிட்டன.

உண்மையில்  BSNLEU தலைமைக்கு அக்கறை இருந்திருந்தால் அனைத்து அமைப்புகளும் 04.10.2017 அன்று நடந்த கூட்டத்தில் பேசி போனசுக்காகஒன்றுபட்டு போராடியிருக்கலாம்.

ஆனால் திடீர் என்று போனசுக்காக 13.10.2017 அன்று தனியாக தனித்து நின்று ஒரு ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்திற்கு அறைகூவல் விடுத்துள்ளது BSNLEU. அதன் இணைய தளச் செய்தி

உண்மையை ஒளிக்க சிலர் "தவிர்க்க முடியாத" என்ற வார்த்தையைப் பயன்படுத்துவர். இதுவும் இந்த ரகமே.

பல ஆண்டுகளாக போனஸ் பறிபோனதை நிர்வாகத்திடம் பயபக்தியைக் காட்டி வேடிக்கை பார்த்த கூட்டம் இன்று ஒரு நாடகமாடுகிறது.

போனஸ் பெற்றுத்தர வேண்டும் என்பது இந்த ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தின் நோக்கம் அல்ல. இது ஒரு சதிச்செயல்.

இது குறித்து தோழர் மதி பதிவிட்டுள்ள முகநூல் செய்தி.

Unity & Struggle : BSNLEU Style ?
We felt very happy when a body like All Unions and Associations in BSNL was recently formed to safeguard the interests of both BSNL and it's employees . But today we come across a call given by BSNLEU for demonstration on 13-10-17 to demand Rs.7000/- as PLI . NFTE is holding it's National Executive meeting in Vijayawada on 13-10-17. All important leaders like Circle Secretaries of NFTE will be away in Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh on that day. But knowing fully this Comrade Abhimanyu is doing this for reasons beyond our imagination. He may like to score few brownie points on PLI so that it can be used in favour of BSNLEU in the next verification due in 2019. Our employees very well know how his union betrayed them on PLI for several years. However he has a duty to answer the following questions.
1. Why he has not cared to give a joint/ united call for PLI ?
2. Why he has avoided any decision to finalise the new formula for PLI since 2013 ?
3. He was justifying the denial of PLI for more than 6 years and kept quite justifying the denial of PLI citing financial difficulties of BSNL. He even declared from the top top few years ago that hence forth no one could get PLI in BSNL, when NFTE was struggling demanding PLI. Now what are the compelling reasons for his change of heart ?
One can fool some for long. Many for short time. But no person can fool all the people all the time.
